About Me
I am a qualified play therapist (MA) and I am accredited by the British Association of Play Therapist (BAPT).
As a qualified primary school teacher (PGCE), my background was in teaching in London and then progressing to Deputy Head of Inclusion and working as a SENCo. I am passionate about inclusion and SEND.
I have lived and worked in Asia, travelled extensively and I currently rum play therapy sessions from North Guildford, Surrey, UK.
I studied for my MA in Play Therapy at the University of Roehampton, where I developed a concrete understanding of child development, psychoanalytic and person centred theory and play therapy skills to support children in a one to one environment.
Seeing the child in a holistic way and placed at the centre of any support or decision making is integral to my approach.
Continuing Professional Development
I regularly continue my professional development with a range of training.
